Old Vienna Ball Waltz Weekend - MENU

Vienna at the turn of the 19th century was a crossroads of Europe.  Foods from every corner of the Eastern and Western European world (as well as exotic foods from the New Americas) would have been eaten there.  I hope you enjoy these vegetarian renditions of old classics. - Catherine Hannah
