November 2-4, 2007
Tivoli Theater, Chattanooga, TN

MENU
6-8 pm, Friday Chef Paul’s Corner Cafe -- $5/person (not included in meal plan due to varying arrival times)
Minestrone Soup (vegetarian ), Caesar Salad / Chicken, Assortment of Desserts, Yogurt, Beverages--Green Tea, Lemonade

Saturday

Breakfast: Egg Casserole with potatoes, mushrooms, cheddar cheese.. Bagels,cream cheese, assorted cereals, granola, fresh fruit, hot cereals, assortment of jellies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate

Lunch: Mandarin Chicken Salad (oranges, walnuts, cranraisins), Grilled Vegetables w/ Farfalle Pasta, Spring Mix (raspberry dressing ), Croissants, Dessert (Brownies )

Saturday Late Night Special Treat

Dinner: Old Fashion Beef Stroganoff /Egg Noodles / Red Cabbage / Carrots/ Greek Salad ( feta cheese, black olives,tomato,cucumber, pepperonchini ) Balsamic Dressing, Dessert

Vegetarian: Vegetable Casserole, (Prepared w/ Potatoes, Carrots
String Beans, Noodles)

At the Ball: Late Evening Dancer’s Treat

Sunday
Breakfast: French Toast. Cereals Etc. (other items same as Saturday)

Lunch: Old Fashion Salad Day--Albacore Tuna, Chicken, Egg, Potato, Cole Slaw, (tomato,lettuce,pickles, olives), Assorted Bread @ Rolls Dessert ( assorted cookies)

Note: There is no vegan menu but the Chef may be able to assist with notice.  Numerous eating locations are in downtown Chattanooga.
